§ 4-27. Permit fee, expiration date.

Any person desiring to engage in the business specified in section 4-26 shall apply for a permit for which such applicant shall pay the maximum sum that the city may charge for such permit under state law. The applicant shall furnish due proof of publication of the intention to apply for such permit pursuant to R.S. 26:77 and 26:277. The permit shall expire on December 31 following the date of application.
