§ 4-28. Applications, procedure for; renewal, procedure for.

All applications for permits noted in section 4-27 shall be filed in writing on a form and in the manner required by the city who shall approve or reject the application as provided in section 4-33. Application for renewal of any permit at the time of its expiration, shall be filed in writing upon a form provided by the city and shall be considered as an original application.
