§ 5-4. Animals not to run at large in certain areas owned by the city.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or keeper of an animal to allow such animal to run at large on the George R. Carr Memorial Airfield or Bogalusa Industrial Park. Any animals found at large in or upon such property shall be taken up and impounded by the police department, or anyone whom the department may employ for that purpose.
