    "B" Transition, P and SP professional and semiprofessional and small transit retail and service uses (1) Any use permitted by special permit in the A-3 Residence District.

    (2) Offices for professional and/or semi-professional people rendering personal services to the public, such as physicians, dentists, lawyers, accountants, engineers, architects, realtors, insurance agents, photographers, seamstresses, tailors, beauticians, cosmetologists, hair stylist, barbers, etc., and bed and breakfast facilities, as defined in section 21-1, provided that such use shall meet the following conditions:
    a. Be located in a transitional area between residential and business or commercial zones or along major thoroughfares.
    b. Be located in a building that is either a former residence or a building that is constructed or reconstructed to be compatible to the neighborhood in exterior appearance.
    c. Nothing shall be done to make the former residence or building appear in any way as anything other than a dwelling.
    d. No goods or materials shall be displayed, nor shall any service be performed, outside of the building.
    e. No activity, equipment or process shall be conducted or used which creates a nuisance of any kind or is detrimental to the neighborhood.
    f. Any need for additional parking generated by such use shall be met off the street.
    g. Only one (1) non-illuminated sign no larger than fifteen (15) sq. ft. in area shall be permitted.
    (3) Shops of small retail and service use, not to exceed more than three (3) employees, including owners. Operating hours shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily, except for holiday sales which may be extended by 10:00 p.m. These small retail and service units include antique shops, art and school supply shops, art galleries, bakeries, branch banks and financial institutions, book and stationery shops, utility collection offices, florist shops, gift shops, hobby shops, ice cream shops, jewelry shops, interior decorating shops, shoe and shoe repair shops, sporting goods shops, toy shops, wearing apparel shops, etc., provided that such uses shall meet the conditions as outlined in (2)a.—g. above.
    "B-1" Business Any use permitted or permissible by special permit in "A-3" Residence District; neighborhood convenience business under three thousand (3,000) sq. ft. of retail, service and storage area, such as: grocery, including beer and wine, but excluding package liquor; specialty merchandise; novelty shops; radio and t.v. sales and service; drugs and sundries; small appliance sales and service; jewelry and gifts; florists; ice cream parlors; sandwich shops; washaterias; laundry; dry cleaning; shoe repair; barber and beauty shops; offices. Restaurants including serving of alcoholic beverages; hardware and building supply. Service stations; lounges and barrooms, except as a minor part of a restaurant; nightclubs and dance halls; places of amusement and assembly; hotels and motels; package liquor sales. Same as "A-3" Residence District.
    Same as "A-3" Residence District.
    "B" Business Any use permitted or permissible by special permit in "B-1" Business District, without limitations as to building size; service stations; lounges and barrooms; night club and dance hall; places of amusement and assembly; hotels and motels; package liquor sales; other similar retail businesses or service. Animal hospital and kennels. Wholesale business; warehouse; major auto repair and similar uses; manufacturing; uses prohibited in "C" Commercial District. See Section 24-8. fifteen (15) feet for dwellings:

    Same as "A-3" Residence District.
    For dwellings:
    Same as "A-3" Residence District
    "C" Commerce Any use permitted or permissible by special permit in "B" Business District; auto repair shop and other motor vehicular service; warehouse; retail or wholesale business or service not specifically restricted or prohibited; transportation terminal; contractors' storage yard; assembly of aluminum and other products and similar light manufacturing uses as listed in Section 24-8(c) below. Additional manufacturing, not specifically prohibited, incidental to a retail business where articles are sold at retail on the premises and where not more than five (5) operatives are employed in such manufacturing. Uses listed in Section 24-8(d). Any other use detrimental to a neighborhood because of odor, smoke, dust, fumes, fire, vibrations or hazardous because of danger of explosion. For dwellings: Same as "A-3" Residence District.
    For dwellings: Same as "A-3" Residence District.
    "H" Heavy Industry Any use permissible by special permit and any use permitted in "C" Commercial District and not specifically prohibited herein; lumber mill; paper mill; tire recapping; caretakers' quarters. Any use prohibited in "C" Commercial District, including those listed in Section 24-8(d). Single- or multiple- family dwellings; church; school offering general educational course; institution. None. None.
    "W" Water Supply and Flood Protection Water reservoir developments; industrial waste disposal and related uses; agricultural and forestry uses; park and recreation uses; municipal and public utility uses. Residential, business, commercial and industrial buildings, except where accessory to permitted uses. None. None.
    "P" Planned Commercial District Establishments for the sale of goods, products and services at retail, such as: (1) food, grocery, clothing, dry goods, furniture, carpet, drapes, home appliances, radio and televisions, housewares, paint, hardware, jewelry, gifts, drugs, sundries, novelties, package liquors and other similar items and special merchandise, (2) auto service stations, marine sale, service and repair; washateria; laundry and dry cleaning; shops for repair and service of bicycles, typewriters, electrical, radio and television appliances and other similar service operations, (3) restaurants, bakeries, ice cream parlors and other prepared food outlets, and (4) offices; banks, loan companies and other financial institutions; commercial schools; theatres; hotels and motels; parking lots; commercial greenhouses and nurseries; light warehousing. 60;ft;     30;ft;      30;ft;
